THE STERLING® DIGIBINDER PUR PLUS is a fully-automated PUR perfect binder. A color touch screen facilitates the ease of set up via an automatic book thickness gauge. The book size, the clamp, with an integrated jogger, and the nipper then adjust automatically.

The milling blade is specifically designed for PUR binding and is adjustable from 0 – 1/8” (3 mm). The glue (PUR or EVA) is applied by a nozzle connected to a pressurized tank with separate nozzles for side gluing. The 4.4 Lb. (2 Kg) glue slugs can be switched out effortlessly. Clean up requires merely five minutes at the end of the run.

The PUR Plus includes an automatic cover feeder with two double scoring wheels for hinge scoring. The cover feeder and scoring blades set up automatically through the color touch screen. The nipper dwelling time is adjustable.
